NetSource’s datacenter located in Naperville, IL has been growing quickly. When we built the datacenter in 2007 we purchased much more space than we originally needed. As we continue to grow we are very glad we purchased this space. NetSource is starting to plan the expansion of another 3,500 SF of datacenter space that could be added as early as 2010. This will give us the capability of hosting another 3,200 servers or over a hundred racks of colocation space. This will make NetSource one of the largest colocation providers in Naperville and provide clients with a nice alternative to downtown Chicago data centers.
NetSource provides colocation, dedicated hosting, and managed hosting services to hundreds of businesses in the Chicago area and throughout the world. NetSource’s mission is very different than many of the larger commodity hosting centers available to businesses today. Netsource treats each of our business customers with a personal touch, and we customize our services to make sure they meet our client’s needs. Since we are not trying to host 50,000 servers with high turn-over rates, we can focus on individual needs and grow as our customers grow. This plan has worked very well for NetSource and allowed us to increase revenue each year without the need to triple our space every to years. NetSource also enjoys some of the lowest customer turn-over rates for colocation and dedicated hosting. This is a testiment to making sure that individual clients have custom solutions and can get unique answers to their unique issues. NetSource keeps customer satisfaction scores and we regularly score a 9.5 out of 10 here.
As NetSource plans out the next phase of our datacenter, we will be interviewing clients to see what they would like to see. NetSource understands that our hosting business depends on the success and growth of the people who are using the datacenter right now. NetSource will also be working with a professional datacenter design team in the near future to create another state-of-the-art hosting facility in the Chicagoland area.
